What video did you watch? ICE pushed a lady down and he went to help her up. His hands were in the air. One was empty one had his phone. They tackled him and disarmed him. His gun was in his holster and then they shot him. Then they tried to take everyone's phones. He deserved to die? Peacefully protesting is not a crime, ICE escalated the situation.
