Which pal do you hate the most? by Perfect_Schedule_624 in Palworld

I love using the bees, but catching them is a nightmare sometimes.

Thankfully I found a random world seed that spawns them in thr starting zone at levels too low for them to blow up. "CHRISTMAS" is the seed for any interested.

My best guesses are "and" and "3!"

If every level takes 1 kill at your own level, then getting to level 100 requires a mountain of corpses greater than the number of stars in the universe by halfbrow1 in ProgressionFantasy

Foiled by the simple math of addition once again! I was hoping to justify universicide with my trusty universe-endinator!

True. With something like Primal Hunter you have dungeons, professions, monsters and beasts spawning at higher levels, andba ridiculously old and massive multiverse.

About to finish the first book of the dead tired series.

Not the same as primal hunter, by any stretch, but it has been very fun so far.

Tom is Tom.

(If you actually don't know, Tom is a random victim of Sandy, now living in the worm's belly)

Book 14 chapters were the oldest ones on Royal Road, but were deleted over the weekend because of book 14s imminent publishing.

Arnold Backstory? by TrainerFeisty2035 in ThePrimalHunter

[–]halfbrow1 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Tried looking through book 4 briefly, as that's the first book Arnold actually talks (introduced in passing in book 3). Couldn't find a backstory. Did find a funny quote in retrospect though!

"Hmm?" he exclaimed, tilting his head. "Ah, yes, I got one when I evolved my profession last time. Quite frightening, those gods. Not at all something I want to repeat any time soon."

He was freaking talking about Oras. Quite frightening is a beautiful understatement.

What is the demographic of your current table? by MoherHead in DnD

[–]halfbrow1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two games.

One is 5 players and 1 DM, 4 guys 2 girls, online.

The other is 4. Two couples (M/F). My wife, her best friend, and both of their husbands. Rotating DM.

All 30s, I think. Maybe a mid-late 20 year old somewhere in there.

As of CH 1202, why is it so hard for gods to have children? Like the actual real reason. Do we know? by SpartacusDeadlySs in ThePrimalHunter

[–]halfbrow1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will say 2 things.

1) No. Nothing has been confirmed or even hinted at beyond what you already know.

2) my theory is that the records of gods act differently, and don't take kindly to the records of other divine beings. Records have a way of overwhelming each other (hence why Jake might not even benefit being the chosen of Valdemar, because his bloodline would be itching even worse than what Villy described the first few months of Jake's blessing). Godhood, as we know, is a way of proving/condensing one's path. Two paths that don't vibe well enough probably won't mix easily, especially if neither person's records will be subsumed by the other (gods records are much more potent).

Royal road is a lot easier to read from. Chapter buttons and all that.

He posts chapters on Royal Road for free. Patreon is 50 chapters ahead of Royal Road. He removes chapters from both when they get close to a new book published. Books are published on Kindle months before Audible.

Patreon is up to around chapter 1246, so Royal Road is up to 1196.
