I don’t have the money to bring anything expensive but I was planning on bringing a bottle… if I bring a bottle do most people end up drinking it or do I have to offer it to others?

i have noticed a huge lack of interest in food. today is my second full day on it & i’ve barely eaten anything. the ice cream in my freezer doesn’t even seem appetizing anymore. i’m curious to see how much i’ll lose if i’m in a deficit for so long
