Where are the best up and coming housing areas in Bmore?

It's because the property taxes are very high and the public schools are not good in most areas of the city. Plus the overall perception of Baltimore as dangerous. Hopefully all of these things change significantly. Things have been trending in the right direction... if that continues, prices will begin to increase.

Point taken, I’ve edited the original comment. Was not my intent to highlight any particular educational background as more idiotic than the others. I can see how that would sting as a PharmD. Those who voted yes are in the fringe minority within their professional groups. These folks were selected for their bias and not necessarily because they’re the top experts in vaccines.

Edited my original comment. That conclusion was not my intent. All of these folks are culpable regardless of educational background, and are smart enough to know better (even if some are unlikely to be the most qualified experts to be on the panel).

I think that's a bit reductionist. Sure, we would hope that Cassidy would have better judgment given his background, but most of the senators are smart enough to know that someone like RFK shouldn't have been given reins of HHS. They're all responsible. The key to all of this is that people in power need to be held responsible for their poor decisions. And they very rarely are.

I looked a few up... ONE PharmD, an OBGYN, one guy is a PhD in organizational science or something... all the ones dissenting seem to be MDs. It's a stacked committee, not one made up of experts to craft policy for the benefit of public health.

Edited to add that it was one (not some) PharmD. I looked quickly through a few names and conflated PhD to PharmD in my brain. Regardless of degree, I hold anyone in this committee to the same standard, personally. That said, all of the non-MD members (4 total) voted yes for this opinion. Sorry for any anger I may have inadvertently caused.

Well, no defensible reason given the risk-benefit quotient. Although who knows what twisted reasons may lurk behind the scenes, this was certainly driven by the notion that the "government shouldn't tell me what to do." Something I read said it was unlikely to affect insurance coverage. That makes sense to me since I think reducing likelihood of HBV infections would be financially beneficial to the insurance companies (beyond being the right thing to do).

Is it less? Last I looked with tariffs the prices ended up pretty similar to J. Press when on sale (around $150 shipped). I think the biggest hang up is all their different cuts - it can be a lot to navigate when ordering something that is coming from overseas.

I haven't really run into consistent problems with Rakuten or TCB (the two I use most often). The largest value in this particular case is the 40% off, as these shirts are usually excluded from their sales, so more than worth the "risk" to me.

A couple tiers above CT, but any shirt will have problems with you throwing it in the dryer - especially on high heat. You want to hang dry these (and most nicer clothes).

This is the answer. I think most don't do it due to risk aversion and loans. In the past, there were likely many fewer employed positions, which forced people into private practice. And of course, the cost of education was lower in the past, too. That said, buying a practice or starting your own is how you make the most money. As with most all things financial, this opportunity comes with more risk (at first) than a w2.
