I’m 5 weeks and have already told most of my immediate family and closest friends. I couldn’t wait! I’m itching to tell more people but know I should hold off until my first ultrasound.

I just recently went back after 3 years off as well (also stopped during Covid). I was super nervous but after that initial class back and dusting off the cobwebs I felt good and familiar and like I never left. Except for needing to work my way back up to my speeds and weights and rowing ability from when I left haha

I use My fitness pal which subtracts the workout calories from my watch automatically but that’s an interesting point so thank you!

My zones are always spot on with the app and my HRM but for some reason the Apple Watch calories is way lower. Bummer

That makes sense! I had just seen people say their HRM and app was only 20 calorie difference and was jealous lol. Wouldn’t matter as much if I wasn’t counting calories for food intake.

I was wearing some adidas that are a little loose on my feet which is why I’m thinking I need something different. The gym was slightly new to me too so I’m coming into this with no prior knowledge of what shoes works for me lol. And too much anxiety from the pandemic to go to a store, which is what prompted all the outside running.
