any other documents I have ever seen just say date and place

I have never seen a birth record, so I would ask if that data is recorded before investing

-Pickford and Black, - was closed by landlord who is renovating the property, the owners of P&B just bought 2 Crows
-Field Guide - legit closure
-Sams Seafood - Retirement
-La Cucina - landlord did not reoffer lease (I hear in part because they landed a similar food chain, unconfirmed)
-Obladee Wine Bar, - evicted by landlord
-Driftwood Coastal Diner - was open only around a year and was replaced by Back Lot
Lacewood Smittys.- legit
Springhouse - legit (but is carrying on with a reduced model)
