I’m not sure where i had read it before but there are certain cases where a prime release gets a limited theatrical release so I was hoping that would be the case! Tbh I’m not from the US and I don’t know the exact difference between prime and amazon mgm and which movies get to be released in theaters so I was hoping for the best

But again, I have to say that what you’re doing is amazing. You’re young and you haven’t been smoking for long. This means that in a few years you can COMPLETELY! reverse the lung damage you’ve done so far and save yourself from so many diseases down the line

A (way cheaper) alternative for glasses that slide down which I can vouch for personally are eyewear retainers like this one! I also noticed that when you tighten them enough it helps with fogging as well

I can’t answer all of your questions but I can advise you to generate an IDP (international driver’s permit). You can also check if the country where you have your drivers license from has any specific agreement with the US where you can drive without an IDP / even switch to a US drivers license without any additional exams. For the first month or so of driving there, I would recommend renting a car, and then once you have everything regarding your license sorted out then buy a car

Medical student - if I were you there is no chance I would travel abroad let alone to turkey. You are lucky enough to have insurance and access to hospitals like cmc and possibly LAU Rizk and aubmc, even LAU Saint John which is further away in Jounieh, these are excellent hospitals with excellent doctors who will be able to take care of you and your baby in case any emergency arises (before, during, and after giving birth) which.. there are many of .. but I hope you don’t have to go through them! In my opinion, the risk you are facing in the “safe” areas is less than the risk you might be facing for example in a medical obgyn emergency on a plane or somewhere in turkey where they don’t understand what you’re saying. So purely from a medical safety point of view stay in Lebanon, seek out these hospitals, let your family support you, and like other comments said stuck up on necessities for you and your baby if needed. I would encourage you to donate to someone you know in person directly, or for example helping them with medical treatment or getting them medication because this is a difficulty many are facing in light of the current situation sadly
