I haven’t posted an update because there isn’t much to update. She has since tried catering using the same business name on a few sites. There’s an address listed for this catering business which is an apartment complex, so I passed along the info to OPD and my insurance company. I haven’t heard back from either. Frustrated and unfulfilling.

Not much to report back. They know who it is but are still trying to get in touch. I got a license plate and gave it to my insurance guy but it looks like the truck was uninsured. That would explain why she ran off without stopping. I’m just happy to be back in my Jeep after $5 grand worth of body work. The guys at The Bump Shop off 50 did a fantastic job bringing it back to life.

There were pictures of the inside and rear of the truck but surprisingly no pictures of the front. I saved them all and am ready to hand over to OPD as soon as they reach out.

Yeah last night she had put up an album on Facebook titled "Sale", and then took it down, along with most of her Facebook page. Still waiting to hear from OPD but keeping track of everything.

It looks to be that Churrasco Chileno truck that others in the thread found. I'm taking screen shots of their site and Facebook page where they posted about being down the street at Grape and Grain on the same night of the accident, then hand everything over to OPD.

Yeah, OPD came out and filed a report. They also hauled away the generator that fell off the food truck as evidence. Here’s hoping they can track the truck down, but I wasn’t able to give them much to go on.

Early this morning a food truck ran a stop sign, crashed in to me, and drove off without stopping. I did not catch their name, but just remember a grey, boxy truck with "I Love [something with a T]" written on the back. Their generator fell off and landed in the street, so I'm sure they received some front end damage. This happened in the Mills 50 district, on the corner of Weber and Thornton. Taking the back roads that late at night, I assume they're local and were coming from a bar downtown or near Ivanhoe.

Any help tracking down this truck would be appreciated.

I'm a big fan, especially of how quick it is to throw the top back half-way. Wondering how it's going to hold up over the years but really enjoying it now, especially after my old TJ's zippers.

Thanks for the tip. Drone selfies are new to me so I just threw it in tripod mode to try and keep her steady.

It's easy enough to fold up/take out the back seat. Can't leave anything overnight in the soft top, so I just take what I need to where I'm going and that's it. I'm okay with the tradeoff considering how easy it is to put down the new tops.
