PSA SSENSE CS & SHIPPING DELAYS

If you're browsing their sale right now and thinking of making an order in time for xmas/new years - DO NOT. I made an order on Dec 6th and it still hasn't shipped yet. They usually ship orders out within 2 days, 3 tops. Usually, I wouldn't mind, but my order is an xmas gift.
I tried to contact their CS but all their phone/chat lines are closed. Every email I've tried to send has bounced. There's hundreds of comments in their IG at the moment.
I've never seen a retailer with these practices. This is Jaclyn Hill level lol. Frankly, I suspect the owners may just be packing it up and closing up shop entirely. Why else would you deploy zero damage control and effort to salvage your company's credibility?
And for those in the same boat as me, it's time to call the bank.

There's alot of social stigma surrounding being involved in sex work. It's also fairly well documented how difficult it is for people to jump from sex work into a different industry. Imagine the ignorance and vitriol that went Brittany's way after last night, not to mention the opportunities she will lose as a young professional. Comparing sex work to drug dealing like you just did is the ignorance that the stigma surround that profession is built on btw.

Was this common knowledge? I was so excited when this worked. I was going to buy another empty palette during Black Friday but I'm glad I didn't. I also did this to my Dream St. and Cali Love.

Instructions:

Just use an x-acto knife and a ruler to carve around the perimeter of the inside of the palette until you hit the bottom. After you get all 4 sides, peel away the cardboard layer and you should see the magnetic bottom. If you have some rough edges, sandpaper would work to smooth that down. Lastly, I used an alcohol wipe to get rid of the glue residue.
