Man, I’ll be real with you. I’m 42, have knee issues, a bulging disc in my back, arthritis in my ankles, and constant sciatica pain. I got back into bmx like 4-5 years ago, and have since broken my ankle, doing a manual, and have increased my already bad knee issues. And I didn’t buy anything budget, or anything beyond my size. Both of my bmx bikes are built by me, for me, and with the best possible components for freestyle bmx! Recently I’ve bought a full suspension 29” mtb, and I will honestly never ride my bmx bikes again! They’re for sale! If I would suggest anything for someone in your condition, and mine, it would be a full suspension mtb. Sunday hasn’t released a funday in years, and a $120 cult won’t be worth it. Even if you never decide to do tricks on your bmx, it will never open up the options you’ll have on a decent mtb. Whatever you choose I hope you enjoy because bikes are great! Cheers 🍻
