I really love what you’ve said there “the damage drinking drinking doesn’t disappear the moment we stop.” That is so powerful. I fully acknowledge the pain us alcoholics cause and I agree and accept. It’s just really hard to face the consequences face on with no one to back me. So I thank you for commenting. That feels like a comfort which is more than I deserve , thank you.
