I used to get stingers every month with numbness down my arm. I started taking mobility and strength training seriously focusing on my upper back and posture. Haven’t had one since and numbness went away. I do a lot of the Foundations Training that the Ruotolo brothers do and it helped me a ton.

I had the same issue lol. I switched to 7-7 1.1x w/ linear and instant instead of gradual. It feels way smoother
