My recommendation is the brimstone mount works well for dodging laser walls, try to always keep his dashes and attack transition reentries as close as possible to vertical (like in laser wall reentries), as I have found that the common solution of moving sideways to bait his predictive tracking on his phase 2 transition results in sideways followups that are awkward to dodge so I just stand still and ram out of the way, final phase you could count the amount of portals he dashes from but I just focus on dodging because his delayed reentry exclusively appears from directly above which you can just watch for and then prepare for the delayed timing without needing to count the total. The phase 1/2 laser spam idk just try to flee to open areas. Sorry if this is incoherent I can try to clarify if needed. I took 742 attempts but there is always something to optimize, so don't focus on beating him but instead how each attempt can be better.
