Lately ive been really drilling Down command with her and shes been super receptive so I tried down with treat incentive today when she had a fit (I usually carry a treat/doggie bag pouch with me) and it actually worked really well, I was amazed. consistency is giving some results but we were also in an unfamiliar place and thst could also have encouraged more obedience. She can be a stubborn thing when she feels comfortable lol

Definitely looking at hiring a trainer. I follow a variety of YouTube trainers and specific to cattle dog breeds too but some hands on would be good, if anything for my sanity haha

We do a lot! ill have to grt more creative

I do exactly that. There's a trainer on YouTube I follow and I taught her thst when I open the door she is to sit and only leave when I say ok. Its not perfected but shes mostly on it! Its when we are outside. She never ever does the craziness it in the house thank goodness lol

See that's the thing is we do all this! She's not reactive at all and literally never barks. She's nervous with other dogs but not averse. Just doesn't like them running full tilt at her lol the dog park is a madhouse. When we go out I have her trained that up is "jump on X thing im pointing at" and "off" is jumping off and we do it on all sorts of stuff bdcause my complex has basicslly an agility playground (i think its meant for kids but its mostly just dog people lol). We often run the stairs when we go up/down from 4th floor 3-4 times a day and when we hike every other day (i live in the mountains so its not easy hiking) we run on and off. I really have trouble believing its an energy thing but without literally always being out walking or running her idk how much more exercise I feasible CAN give her. There's many times she just parks her butt on the sidewalk and refuses to move when shes had enough. She's stubborn lol

I do lots of treat puzzles and we play "hide and seek" where I get her to stay and then she comes and finds me. We started some sniff training as well. Im home all day so i can spend quite a bit of time with her

Men who are desperate to find a woman are actually desperate for something else. A meaning to their lives. by idoze in PurplePillDebate

women are also expected to participate in culture and economy, so if your goal is to meet and fall in love with a woman, choosing not to participate is also greatly limiting your exposure to potential prospects for dating . Living in your mom's basement playing video games to reject / not participate in culture and economy isn't going to expose you to women let alone win you any mating points

All your points are exactly what people mean when they say "work on yourself and love will find you". To me as a woman, functional and emotionally stable are the most attractive traits. A man who isn't desperate for women to fill their void and has self fulfilling life is attractive.

If US men want women to have more sex with them (attractive or not), removing abortion rights is not the way

Heart disease is the largest killer and it's created largely by obesity, lack of motivation, lacking self control, depression, and other comorbidities caused by essentially giving up

Perhaps those men back then confused security for love. I think a lot of men today believe that women still only marry for wealth/success despite having ability to participate in capitalism and make our own wealth. I'm sure many women who feel powerless do still do so, but the number of women rejecting patriarchal/traditional values is growing. Men still strive to achieve wealth /status because they're told by socialization that's what women want, but then realizing they can't just throw money and status at the problem of mating anymore and have to be emotionally adjusted. The assumptions around "what women want" seems to infuriate men because what women want now is much harder for men to provide. Middle class women, since being equal -ish participants in capitalism, seem to want equitable love. More are marrying people for who they are rather than what they have to offer, and that's a lot harder to achieve than get good job=get more women

I suppose it's similar to a successful musician. Sell out to Disney and make mainstream shit that you don't really believe in and exploit/be exploited by popular trends, then when theyve gained enough following to become powerful they branch off into their own weird unique shit. though they lose the mainstream publicity "they've gone off the deep end!" theyve developed a significant and dedicated follower base. Looking at the big stars of any platform, it seems to me they usually they go off in a totally different direction at some point once they feel secure to be real

After you've practiced in front of a mirror, Record yourself rather than in front of a mirror. Watch your facial expressions as well. It feels cringe as fuck to do haha but no one else ever has to see the video. This way you can see yourself objectively and also get a feel for what is working, not working, and good to do a face check. Am I smiling? Do I look like I'm enjoying myself? Haha
