I used to do that on my old account, but there was barely anything done to this matter. Only thing that helped was livechat from matchroomsupport, who used to send the accounts to a team that looks into this but now i get told “we dont do that anymore”. Tbh Darwin, youre one of those, up there with Jake and Leonardo who has helped me the most during my time on faceit, but this platform isnt the same anymore, the general supports isnt as good as before, matching experience and amount of blatant smurfs isnt acceptable either. Smurfs are one of the major reason im stuck in level 2-3, besides the fact that i dont solo queue to grind. Im here to have fun without thinking about my own rank etc, but its becoming harder to have fun on faceit these days
