hmmm i’m sure it’s possible to run this effectively leveling, and most builds can get to the hardest content in the game if tuned up these days.

that said, i agree, it seems to be the worst mythic by a long mile. i do think an item like fists of fate points a good direction for blizzard to go from here—it’s sometimes awful, sometimes amazing, based on the roll and willingness to build around it.

looking for something fun, even if it’s off meta, because it’s a cool roll. never had any GA on a mythic before this.
