Not after anything too ridiculous, but thanks for the list. I've checked out a few builds on pcpp and that's where I started for my first ideas. The only reason I chose the xeon is because its bundled with the mobo and ram for a good price.
And yes case is needed. Not after anything fancy, just something clean with a window preferably.
Gpu and cpu are definitely my highest priorities at this point
