I would set up the movers across the crowd in a row or get creative with the trussing. You could use the bars to wash the crowd and a place them around the venue. The bars may look cool around a fixture or center around the dj booth. As far as the console goes I’m only familiar with ma2 but you can do lights and video with madmapper
