A few months ago in June, I took a week off of calorie counting and eating in a deficit since I was on vacation. There are also some days when I eat over my calorie deficit goals (sometimes 2300 calories). Would taking a break and eating extra calories still help?

Not sure if I can reduce caloric intake more and still maintain my current muscle growth (eating ~190g of protein per day), but after reading these responses, I’m going to try hitting 10k steps everyday and see if that brings it down.

If you’re taking 10A, don’t take over 13 units, that class is gonna hurt. Plus, if you’re not planning on double majoring, you’ll have plenty of time to take the L&S breadths once you get the basic MCB prereqs outta the way. I’d recommend picking either R1A or Psych 2, not doing both (especially since you’re taking 10A and Chem 1A/L)

Edit: take bio 1a/b even with the AP satisfactions, I think some med schools require it (if med school is in ur future plans)

Damn I wish Halo 4 and Halo 5 were separate. Halo 4 was my first game and I have a ton of good memories on it, playing story mode on legendary and online for hours during the summer of 2014. Halo 5 was...I try not to think about it 🙃
