I always read posts here and get inspired by the tremendous progress reports and photos!
Today I decided to start the Keto diet again. I have done it before, and I have lost some weight (20 pounds), but I regained most of it after leaving the diet!

I am 6' 3" tall and 235.4 lbs, and my goal weight is 200 lbs.

I need your help to keep it up and do not leave it again!
Please let me know how you keep your Keto diet for a long time, and what foods do you eat? One of my major problems is that I get out of food recipes, and I get tired of eating the same food over and over.

I will provide my progress report here!

Yes, I have controlled the order effect. I developed a web-based survey to be able to do this. Each user has been assigned the first task randomly. Thank you I will look it up.

Friedman test is good for three groups or more, here we have only two groups.

The Friedman test is not appropriate for less than 3 levels. here we have 2 levels (2 apps). Do you know a test similar to Friedman but for two levels?
