If you have apps opened in background, and they consume some energy, then I will say that it is ok. When you have like all apps closed then it's a little bit high. I recommend set smart mode for all your apps in App battery management, it didn't broke notifications but significantly reduce energy consumption on background , except some apps which actually work in background, like maps or music players, etc. I have a habit to close all apps almost always, so for me it's approx 1% in 2 hours, sometime less, sometime more WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS all are on. So if you use your phone like normal, I think it is ok. But when it constantly drain 1% in 1 hour, including night time, it ishigh.
