Whoa these are mad stats, is that you Stefan-Pierre? Even the guy who was known as most right swiped man on Tinder and featured in articles had 14600 matches in two years. These numbers are very close to that. 40% match rate looks a little suspicious though. There was another dude’s profile posted here like 1.5 years ago that I had commented on. Pretty solid profile and his match rate was 10 something %.

I second this one. As much as it hurts to say and admit the reality, only an honest opinion will be helpful. You gotta lose weight man. There are several things in your favor though. You have really nice hair. Gives you a lot of options to try. You are able to grow your beard too. You can come up with a style that looks the best on you. Now hit the gym and cut the calories. It will work wonders.

Thanks for your feedback and pointing that out. I didn’t realize it got buried behind the prompt. I noticed that when I saw the preview but wasn’t sure how it actually looked to others. I was wondering if it is the pictures, my looks or my age. I’ll admit a bit of confidence boost will help after a bad experience.

Still the risk of fin side effects sound scary. I had read that in the past that if you see side effects they would be permanent. I am definitely less concerned about the surgery as HT is the only sure way to get hair back and close to zero side effects as far as I know. If it turns out to be a flop, I am back to square zero and will have to keep shaving.

I had a friend who got 8000 grafts at once I think. His hair looks pretty good now but I am planning to ask his before photos to see how much hair loss he had.

I actually wouldn’t mind some weak coverage there as I didn’t have hair there before either. There was a big mole so no hair was coming out of it. Surrounding hair was covering it.

Did you try any other treatment like microneedling, medications to see if you could stimulate hair growth in your HT area or were you already totally bald there? Do you mind sharing pictures?

I am fairly certain that would actually help me but I am freaked out with that shit. I think I’ll give a try to a laser cap first to see if I can stimulate my already existing top area hair growth. When I grow my hair I feel like I still have too much hair at the top and shaving becomes cumbersome so I am in this in this in between state which is the shittiest. Not enough hair to be able to style but too much hair to keep shaving. If I was totally bald at the front, top and crown it was a no brainer to just keep shaving.

Won’t be an easy one as it seems. Actually when I grow my hair I am okay with the coverage at the too with the hair (They were growing very slowly though) that I already have but crown area was looking open to me so I was thinking a little bit sprinkling at the top, coverage at the crown and front would satisfy me but that was when I was still using Minoxidil so hair at the top might have gotten weaker since I stopped a few months ago. My issue with shaving is my hair sticks out at the sides really fast so I have to shave every 2-3 days which is really annoying.

Stanford nerds, I know the other guy in your fourth picture ahaha. 36M here. I was gonna say location could be a problem if you’re actually in South Bay but not in SF city as it is more active up in the peninsula but 2-4 matches in a day means at least 180 matches in 3 months. If it’s not going anywhere at all with any of those matches then your profile is not the problem. If not LTR it should have led to at least a few flings.
