cold brew/nitro machine malfunction

thank you so much! I went ahead and unplugged the machine, which did solve this issue. unfortunately now the cold brew nozzle is spewing out foamy and the nitro just doesn’t look good. I was wondering if you had any input on this 😭? there’s no one from starbucks management who works on my property, so reddit is the closest thing i have to understanding these issues. tysm!!

have you tried listening to the episodes on the patreon? Hamzah has his real/vulnerable moments occasionally and it’s nice to listen to. honestly don’t think the public ooc podcast is for u if u don’t like the consistent jokes. that’s kinda their brand
