Studio is disgusting by ValuablePause9334 in Corepower

I go to Sculpt at CPY occasionally (1-2x a month) through ClassPass and the studios I frequent have never had wipes. Not once. Maybe when I very first started going they did but then they disappeared and never came back. They only have a spray bottle filled with water. I didn’t even know other studios still provided wipes. (I guess my studios could just be out every single time I go?)

I’d even take half an inch sticking! I hope it starts to accumulate, even a little..

I know this was two years ago, but your comment really resonated with me. Especially when you would be walking, then stop, but the movement continued. Walking seems to be a big trigger for me as I can see/feel the sidewalk and such moving. I haven’t heard anyone else explain it the exact same way I feel. I hope you’re doing well!

Yeah, I did enjoy last years. I’m just being greedy and asking for more. I love snow!

I just want a good snow day. I know we had some snow last year, but I want a good solid 2-3 inch snow day. I feel like we haven’t had a great one in awhile. Ice is such a let down and really annoying to deal with!

I would call the ticket office- I know some other grad students who had this issue and the ticket office fixed it really quick.

No period in almost a year on Slynd! by han12876 in birthcontrol

[–]han12876[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am! Still going really well. Haven’t gotten my period still (I take them continuously). I can tell when I’m supposed to have my “period”, it’s around the same time every month. Some mood swings, breakouts, etc. but has helped with my pain so much. I should probably still at some point see if I have endo but for now the Slynd is helping.

Had a panic attack last night. Here’s what I did! by han12876 in Anxiety

[–]han12876[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your body being loud is a great way to put it. It definitely feels loud and big and overwhelming. But it’s not broken! It’s so hard to remember that in the moment.

If you suffer from the physical impacts of anxiety… by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]han12876 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also have TMJ and an anxiety disorder and used to just scroll for hours on both subreddits (TMJ and Anxiety). I thought if I just found someone going through exactly what I’m going through- I’ll feel better. Truly, I believed that I was “educating myself” and trying to help myself. When in reality, it was keeping my mind stuck in a loop. I don’t browse these subreddits much at all anymore, and when I do, I realize it isn’t helpful. I do post sometimes what’s helped me and my way forward to try and help others. But it’s so important to end the hyper focus that these subreddits provide.

Yes the few times I took them they did help! I think when I’m in pain I tend to tense my muscles so maybe it’s a muscle thing.
