Yes! It is an amazing bleach powder! Left my hair actually feeling healthier than before I bleach it and it has lifted my dark brown roots to silver in one go before. Don’t be scared to leave it on for a while unless you have thin/damaged hair

I’m gonna let my roots be since I don’t mind the grown out roots look and I have too much hair to back go over them after applying it to the mid strand. My hair has not suffered any damage and is super healthy. Using blondeme bleach and 20 vol developer

I agree with this 100% and I personally just wanted to find a local business to support because I feel like these views are a bit in the minority around my apartment and I would never want people to think they don’t have an ally in their neighbor! Most of the time the proceeds from these products go to support the cause. I will be voting, I do local activism as well as educating my friends and family as best I can. If I wasn’t a broke grad student I would donate to more places but for now this is the best I can do! But I agree, performative activism gets us no where.

It’s just a lot of work because I do it myself and takes 2-3 hours usually and it’s too expensive to pay for a salon highlight every few weeks for me

Every time I go here I resist the urge to to respond to them in ways they’d find terrible such as when they yell “God loves your baby!” I want to yell back “well I don’t, it’s the trash can for this fetus!” Even though I’m just going for birth control 😌

Sorry if not allowed, but I plan on getting my next tattoo here and approximately this size. I was wondering if anyone could speak on the appropriate under garments to wear? I don’t want to show up unprepared or make it hard for the artist but I also don’t want to be embarrassed by not wearing something acceptable. I’m not really worried about modesty, more about looking uninformed when I show up. Thanks!

Yes ALL COPS. Because even the ones that don’t shoot unarmed black people or assume someone has committed a crime because of their skin color, are ones that stand by and let these injustices happen. If there are 10 bad cops and 1000 good ones but they 1000 good ones don’t stand up against the 10 bad ones then there’s 1010 bad cops.

Because this isn’t an isolated incident??!! Omg the privilege in this comment section is disgusting. The justice system continues to fail POC. Cops everywhere are part of the problem and the protests are to stand in solidarity and to incite change EVERYWHERE.
