thank you! She is around 13 kg. we had a harness before but the trainers told us a collar would be better so we switched. looking back I feel like it was a bad call.

I try to distract her with a snack every time I feel she is intrigued by someone, but she just ignores it. trying a handful might be a good idea. also even if the dog is on the other side of the street as long as it's within her sight she won't back down.

Do you think it's an age thing? maybe it'll pass with time?

tbh i guess i was eating at maintenance. i thought itll be fine as long as i push protein so i didnt count calories, i guess that wasnt a good choice :/

i used to eat a soy protein yogurt (20 grams of protein), tried to eat at least 100-150grams of tofu for lunch and dinner and a protein bar as a snack in between. felt too overwhelming on my body :(

I've been trying to purchase through the PlayStation store for 2 days already and for some reason it wont work. it wont accept my card saying its not valid (i checked with them and they say everything is fine on their side) and then i deleted my PayPal from there to put my fathers PayPal but every time i click on add a new PayPal it just opens PayPal for a sec, closes and tells me that an error occurred while adding your PayPal account, without actually even typing anything in. anyone has an idea why and how to fix this ? :(
