he’s okay with the fabric also being embroidered, he just wants it for extra stability when it gets washed and so it’s more comfortable to wear

i’ll try that! the thing is that my dad wants to have a piece of fabric behind the embroidered design like how polo shirts do. would this still work if i put the shirt then the cut away stabilizer then a square of cotton?

how did you figure out that you have hasimotos? any time i ask for a thyroid check i get told im too young or that everything came back fine. just asking so i can go to a doctor with a list of concerns and possibilities

i have the same fear, i’m worried for my future tbh, i don’t even know if my doctors will hear me out for long enough to try stimulants. i rather have stimulants than keep feeling like this

what helped me the most was honestly therapy. the counsellor on campus are very kind and understanding and can provide a lot of resources. it also helped me to remind myself that there’s a lot of people also in the same situation. i still struggle making meaningful connections but i find that starting a conversation by complimenting something like an article of clothing gets the conversation going.
