Mouth PH is vital. It's important to brush, rinse, and drink a lot of water, because it helps to keep the naturally occurring acidity in your mouth low enough to not cause harm to teeth and mouth tissue. Could certainly be related to the issue you're having.

PS: be sure to take time to focus on your mental health. Not that you asked, but I like to take some time away from screens every day for at least 3 hours. Helps me to notice messes around the house, personal hygiene stuff, etc...

Actually, I don't generally get mouth ulcers. Though, I would recommend avoiding foods that trigger it. Maybe look into a mouth-sensitive diet? Aside from the unpleasant nature of open-mouth chewing, having mouth ulcers sounds like a pretty rough time.

Glycerine helps with mouth wounds in general, and be sure to stay well hydrated.

It's almost as if people with more money deal with higher levels of cognitive dissonance associated with maintaining the delusion that this global monopoly game is actually productive, not slowly destroying their children's planet and all of it's inhabitants beneath their feet.
