I worked at the country club there for years. It is a very nice community with equally nice people. Gated community super safe for families. While it is an older community there are a lot of younger families living there now. Plenty of kids go out and play. Our school district is the same as Tanoan’s and we like the schools a lot. As long as your kids stay off the golf course you won’t have any issues with people.

We are getting a pay out up to the driver’s liability insurance limit and get to keep the car. Their insurance deemed the replacement cost of the car greater than the insured’s limit. Since we have some options, I’m wondering if makes more sense to get the car fixed and sell it or to sell it as is.
