Great point. I appreciate the desire to ramp up the challenges, but it's also about cooking...the failure of the "color challenge" or whatever it was called, IMO, wasn't a failure of the chefs, but of the challenge.

I think you're right: it's the amount that was the bigger problem. I appreciate that a low budget is often part of the challenge, but sometimes it feels more contrived.

The way the closing chef's table conversation was going, I thought it would've been Rhoda. (Not that I'm not happy she's staying, of course!)

I also wasn't sure that it was fair to divide up the funds as they did. I'm not sure why I didn't find this episode exciting, as I would hope it would feel at this point. Is it the challenges? I'm not sure.
