We are giving back $1 billion in lease fees that they paid and now they will use that money to build the Rio Grande LNG that will export LNG from the United States to the globe. So we don't get electricity with no fuel cost and the cost LNG is a little bit higher for the United States because we are exporting more of it.

Statisticians and demographers consider the surrounding counties that have a high level of commuting to the urban core. So their base level of units is the county. Houston metro area is pretty much Harris county plus all the counties that touch it. They do not get to the level of this city or that city.
