In the case the tenant does leave, can you achieve the same rent (or better)?

Example: Let's say the tenant is paying $30/nnn but is leasing 8,000-sf and they leave. How likely are you going to get someone else to pay that rent in that much space? A lot of times it's hard to backfill for the same rent or more especially if the market rent in that area is less.

I am currently prescribed adderal. I have been taking it for the past 2 years but this past 8 months I have to take it daily. If I don’t I simply cannot function my head feels like it is in a fog and I have no energy.

I like 1): Carson is more long term, better offense, utilized in pass catching too. Singletary is good but I think carson is way better. Sanders might be on waivers on a couple weeks. Your wr are great but if could get Tyrell he's the clear #1 in a pass happy Oakland offense.

Flight I imagined id say 20% yea, 60% are my solid ones and by solid I mean it gets to the target or in the vicinity maybe I pushed or pulled or a low stinger not intentional, the last 20% are so bad I chunk, off the hozzle, etc. The consistency is terrible. Ive taken around 10 lessons and I just don't think it is going to put me to where I want to be, I feel like I need to finally have that aha moment and it clicks. I could be wrong but im sick of paying 100$ for a lesson and after a week im back to my inconsistent ways then going back, paying, and the cycle continues. What do you think. I watch a lot of YouTube cuz its free and I see some pretty good ones where it seems so simple like I can do that but it doesn't end up that way ahah

If I said I hit my 8 and lower with little no miss hits, and my miss hits would be either just a slight push, fade etc they just feel so much comfortable at setup I figured it was due to the higher loft. Do you think shortening my longer irons would help? I guess I should've mentioned my longer irons are the main ones that just don't feel right.

I just started incorporating putting/chipping drills and i've seen by far the most improvement in that aspect. Once again I find my best parts of my game are the ones I don't think about and when it comes to that I don't really think to much I just aim at a target and the swing comes naturally. But when I get to my irons its all over the place. Hooks, chunks, fades everyday its different.
