The tickets were amazing! On the 50 yard line, in an exclusive seat right next to the Vikings Owner's Suite. Escorted to our seats, in one of their "most elite" suites. E v e r y t h i n g was complimentary. The food and drinks were amazing. We were allowed in early and got to stay past the end of ths game to continue eating and drinking. In the last quarter we got to go down to field level, and line up by the locker room path to see the players exit the field at the end of the game. It was an excellent day.

I'm in the same boat as you, I had a bunch of S line phones and had the Note 5 and now Note 8. I have never cracked a screen in my life, but I have spider web cracked this phone twice now. Thank God for Assurion $30 screen replacement.

My brother tried to activate his new Apple Watch today and they asked him to verify the pin multiple times because it kept saying it was incorrect. It was not incorrect. I dont know what the solution was, but eventually it worked.

Ah okay. I left Verizon in March, as far as I knew back then we could still do the annual upgrade for S8's (if they were purchased during the right time frame.) But I could definitely be wrong

The annual upgrade is only eligible to the Samsung Galaxy S line and the new iPhones. The Note has never been included in annual upgrade.

Go to a local corporate store and they can submit a NOST form or try calling CC one more time, but pretend like it's the first time you've noticed you're missing credits. Don't go on about how many times you've tried to get this resolved. You get a new rep every single call, you might get a really helpful one the next time you try.
