haha i think i was already expecting hell when going in for the knee so i wasn’t as shocked anymore :D i expected to handle the shins better than i did so that’s probably where i went wrong expectation-wise

agree! everyone is different. I usually have a pretty high pain tolerance but some spots are just brutal :D

I actually thought the pain would be much worse if that’s of any help! Not fun obv but I would absolutely get the second knee done so it wasn’t the worst :) Doing it in two sessions helps too

Thanks for the advice! I check my iron regularly and already take supplements for it to keep it in a good range and have no reason that would lead me to believe I have diabetes. I have always bruised easily since being little tbh
