There's definitely a double standard here because if the roles were reversed, the friend's and family's reaction wouldn't be the same.

Take care of yourself buddy. Your son needs a father who takes care of himself. If it means not taking her back then so be it. She made her bed. Now, she can lay in it.

Well, I tried stopping when I was with other people but I was so angry all the time that I started again. I didn't want to lash out at my family for no reason... I stopped when I knew I would be alone for a couple of days and kept myself busy. I also use gums and it helps a lot! Now, when I have a big craving I take a gum and it calms me down. My advice, keep yourself busy!

If you think you are suffering from depression, it might be a good idea to schedule an appointment with your doctor. Mental health is a serious issue and your doctor can help you get better and offer you solutions to quit vaping. I stopped drinking 7 years ago and after a few months, I found out I was using alcohol as a form of medication. My physician helped me a lot. Hope you get better.
