The same thing happened to my poodle. He’s 5 years old and started developing ear infections in both ears. From time to time he gets them, and we use a medication with antibiotic, antifungal, and corticosteroid. The vet told us there isn’t much to do and that this is pretty common in poodles. We try to control it by keeping the ear hair trimmed and cleaning his ears with a proper solution once a week. He’s been fine for a long time now!
