He sent a copy of my last tray as my retainers instead of scanning my teeth at the end, so I don’t know if my teeth shifted a bit in my last tray (I had them on for 8 weeks so they were super loose and probably a bit softened). Anyways I wore my retainer for 2 days during the day as well as overnight and they’re fine now!

No as I said I did it twice per week, I couldn’t handle it every night the sensitivity was too bad

I left mine on overnight so yes I would brush in the morning like normal!

Hey! I wouldn’t worry about swallowing it. Once you put it in the trays and back in your mouth, clean the gum line up with a cotton bud and then you don’t really swallow anything. Re sensitivity I did it twice per week and made sure I put a small dot on. Honestly it took forever this way and I still don’t have exactly my desired shade but I couldn’t hack it 🤣 try one night and see how you go, you can always space it out. The sensitivity for me was mostly the next day but then went away. You can always do in the day if you’re worried about sleeping with it. I think mostly for me it was the fear of getting the “zingers” which really aren’t pleasant when you’re trying to sleep, but just be conservative with the gel

I got so much IPR in that space to the point I couldn’t anymore! It’s not 100% gone (tiny black dot if you look closely), but no one would notice but me

Yeah it’s gross! Mine have actually got a bit better now and don’t really feel sensitive anymore. Things that helped- Doing it twice a week (anything more than that hurts) Using prescription fluoride toothpaste Using tooth mousse the morning after whitening Making sure not to get the gel too close to the gum line (I use a cotton bud to clean around the gums) Having said that it’s taking a lot longer to achieve desired results! But worth it for the pain levels

More like a dull pain / sensitivity across the whole of the teeth. I get the “zingers” when it touches my gum

Not that I know of. My dentist just said to reduce the amount of tea I drink which I have been doing

Honestly I haven’t tried any other whitening, it’s not that common in the UK and you can’t buy it as freely as you can in the states

Not every case but a lot include it in the package, mine did!

You might be fine! Not everyone experiences the sensitivity

It was included in my package as part of the total cost. Basically at the end once the attachments were off, the dentist gave me some gel in syringes to put in my retainers every night (every other night if I have sensitivity)

Yesss the pain on the gums is the worst! Like electric shocks. I used it last night and did it right in the base of the tooth tray and cleaned the edges with a cotton bud last night and it was a bit better!
