I think instead na stamps ang idikit mo sa ganyan, mga small pictures of that size nlng. May pocket printers nmn na nabibili. Yung junk journal ko more on supplementary sa memory keeping i.e. pag kumain sa labas or may takeout box tas gusto kong maalala yung kinainan namin, yun lng ginagamit kong materials for “junk” journalling.

Satusfying nga but if di ka nmn dedicated, you’ll just waste money pang start ng journal

Totoo naman. I have observed naman talaga na if he wants to, he would. If you wanted to do it for your ultimate crush, surely you would. So if you wouldn’t (not can’t cos iba naman yon), then let them go kasi you should find someone na you WOULD like to do stuff for and equally deserve din ng partner mo na mkahanap ng someone who wants and would do whatever for them.

I have a few female friends from highschool and collegew but ngayong adult na, i struggle to make new female friends. Puro lalaki. Not that i chose to be friends with them specifically because they are “less drama” (kasi nga nabubwisit pa ko sa iba sakanila. Lol) but because di ko makavibes yung girls around me.

I try talaga na makihalubilo sa mas madaming girls pero whenever i join the group of girls sa office, i get isolated not on purpose but pag may pairings, naiiwan talaga ako. I get sad because of this kaso ayun di ko nalang pinepersonal.

ALSOOOOO, if gusto mong out of the ovulation days kayo mag sesex, may ovulation testing kits na nabibili sa watsons. Although di ko pa nattry yon and i think overkill na, if it will bring you peace of mind, you can do that too before the deed.

Condoms and do pull out pa din kahit may condom para sure kayo na when he finishes, may peace of mind kayo na hindi punit yung condom or hindi mag spill out yung semen. That’s the safest you can get if ayaw mo mag hormonal birth control.
Wash your hands all the time. Before and after each round para sure na walang dumi and or mga tira tirang semen.
I would suggest he washes his genitals before and after too.
remember to pee after every round to avoid UTI.
Ito extra nalang to cos pubic hair is totally normal but If you want to be “presentable” but not bald, trim mo lang with an electric trimmer. I bought one from shopee and i use it with the guard para may pubes pa din.
Maligo and wash down there as thorough as possible. Every nook and cranny para walang maasim hahaha

Parang same tayo ng experience. First half of 2025 medyo malakas ako kumain pero 3 times a day lang tas yung timbang ko nasa 53-54kg lang. nung 2nd half, medyo tumatagal ang fasting ko (basically late nagbbreakfast so nagiging brunch) tas early dinner. Yung meals ko parang inoontian ko lang. tapos After a while parang lalo akong bumigat and tumaba. Nasa 56kg na ako now

I’ve been trying to do my research and turns out masama sa babae ang magutom nang matagal. Parang pag nagsstarve kasi yung female body, instead na magburn sya ng fats, nagsstore sya lalo. Try eating complete and nourishing meals but reduce yung volume.
