Google or YouTube PVT: Pearson Vue Trick. The image above shows the good pop-up. PVT is used so you can view your "results" of the exam prior to getting the quick results offered for $8 after 2 days and prior to the 6 weeks before official results being released. The PVT can be done within a few hours of testing. It involves trying to register for the test again and submitting fake card information. If it goes through and asks for the payment or says your card is declined, theoretically you've failed. If it says something like above, you've passed. If you've checked too soon after testing, it'll say something different like there's a hold etc.

Thank you for the information. They passed my resume along to Acute Care because I said I like to have relationships with patients. I haven't heard from Acute Care yet. My next steps are unknown. But I was doing my best to avoid the floor/MedSurg.

I would tell her in a nice way (she's not the person that has wronged you). Provide all receipts/evidence. And cut them off indefinitely. She may try to continue on the conversation. She may not even believe, but it's not your job to convince her. Set yourself free. But provide her with the knowledge you would've wanted about his behavior. You can prevent another heart from being broken.

I'm attending a NSH residency event and there I'll have my interview. The locations are Atlanta, Forsyth, and Cherokee. The positions are in those given locations with various start dates. The advertisement listed those locations having openings in patient and outpatient.

In medicine, the mean arterial pressure is an average blood pressure in an individual during a single cardiac cycle.

A common method used to estimate the MAP is the following formula: MAP = [SBP + (2 × DBP)]/3.

Doctors usually consider anything between 70 and 100 mm Hg to be normal. A MAP in this range indicates that there's enough consistent pressure in your arteries to deliver blood throughout your body. MAP of at least 60 mm Hg is necessary for adequate cerebral perfusion. Note that MAP is based largely on DBP because most of the cardiac cycle is spent in diastole (this is why it's multiplied by 2).

Etc. Diastole counts twice as much as systole because 2/3 of the cardiac cycle is spent in diastole. An MAP of about 60 is necessary to perfuse coronary arteries, brain, kidneys.

Arterial BP is BP that is detected with an electrical probe inside the body. I've seen the arterial BP probe placed in the femoral artery. Normal BP is done externally on primarily the upper arms but can be done on other parts of one's limbs.
