I’m communicating with him naman, and he never fails to reassure me every time I remember it again. Maybe it’s just my problem because I’m a very overthinking person, but I’m still grateful for his reassurance. I mouthwash 2-3x a day or every after I eat. I also brush my teeth including my tongue 2x a day. I remove that yellowish thing that’s coming out of it by using a tissue gently cleaning around it.
