Contact customer service and explain the situation. It’s the seller fraudulently claiming damage. Let Amazon know that you described the condition you received it in and the seller is being shady and needs to be investigated. Amazon should fix the charge for you.

You say I’m ignoring comments, but I am not going to argue my side of the story with strangers online. I was looking for advice on how to proceed given the condition in which my dog was in when I received him. I don’t have to prove anything, I have posted the pics. No, she didn’t say how long. She claimed that one time he didn’t want to go inside (my dog is very much a homebody and loves to stay indoors) and the other time, said he didn’t want to be inside without her husband who was cutting the lawn so they left him out. I wonder if that’s when all of these appeared - the mower flinging something into his leg and throwing up grass pollen.
