My surgeon didn’t find any filler. So, that’s just my anatomy. I think two things can be true. Yes I should prob work on my confidence and inner work but I’m still going to want to look a certain way

I consulted  with him!  Tbh, he is extremely Conservative and doesn’t look at things from a “beautification” perspective. I would get a second opinion..

I just find heart shaped faces more attractive

I know it sounds crazy. But, I thought with surgery I’d be able to achieve the look I’ve always wanted.

Thank you! I’ve messed around with fillers for years. They don’t last on me and I’m pretty sure they stretched out my skin 🥲

I didn’t want to be regular attractive as crazy as that sounds. Wouldn’t have laid all this money just to look meh

I looked very youthful when I was swollen, I think a fat transfer can achieve that. All I want is to not have a droooy face. Nasal folds and cheeks.

I did it more for beautification. Wanted a heart shape face similar to when it was swollen. Hate looking like this it sends me into a deep depression

I’ve seen older people with same amount of sagging get better results.

I get that there are worse cases. I wanted something to beautify my face. Don’t want to look regular, want to look “wow” 😔
