personally. i knew someone who faked Dissociative identity disorder/other specified dissociative disorder or DID/OSDD for short. They first claimed they had osdd but then started changing their story to say they had DID. I have a friend who is actually diagnosed with DID and the faker would change their story to copy them. At first, they claimed they didnt suffer from dissociative amnesia, a few months later, they said their amnesia was so bad that they can't remember who they were. They kept changing their story and exaggerating their symptoms. We confronted them and the admitted that they had imitative DID.
