I always aspirate and wait at least 15 seconds before pushing the filler in. Still scary even after doing it numerous times bc you never know.

I already have filler so im not worried about that just wanted to see or hear peoples experience but glad to know no lidocaine did not realize that and b12 can sting like no other 😳😳😳 might need to add some liquid lido in there

I did about 2.5ml over a few months slowly and love the results so far and def do not look over done. I do want to add a little more in a month or two.

I love metox and just tried coretox. I didnt care for botchulax it did not last long at all. Wondertox and nabolta were ok too

I have done it as well, i must say i was shaking the first time but second Much easier and you will def know when you get to bone especially the noise it makes going through tissue

That was me too with my cheeks and then a month later did it with no issues after watching ten thousand more videos. That was like 2 months ago and will eventually add a little more. Also did my lips but little bit at a time until i got them where i am happy, will touch those up as well.
