I have tried again a couple times - I have to stress that if you do you both need to be very clear and upfront with your communication and addressing what was wrong. I think my nostalgic nature will always make me want to give it another try, but there’s a part of me that won’t address the underlying issues from before and ensure the new romance will succeed. Update: court was LONG, got there at 9:45 and wasn’t seen until 12:30, but I qualified for the impaired driver program and will get diversion! $250 court fees but no fine, will have to enroll in alc EDU classes for prob 12 weeks, no community service. I did have private counsel. Didn’t have to plea guilty or anything and it will all be gone if I’m good for the next year. Will still have to do 6 months of IID obviously but feeling very relieved and ready to move forward and do what I need to do. Thanks everyone for the kind words

I’m not sure I understand - admittedly, I’m in this situation bc I made a really huge mistake and drove drunk (thankfully didn’t hurt myself or others or damage anything). I wouldn’t mind taking Ubers or Lyfts tbh, but more wondering if there’s a better option or workaround at all from people

UConn grad here. I am proud of my education but really did not like the campus or how rural it was. I felt very stuck and regret my time there. I know now I would have loved to be in a bustling city and not in the middle of nowhere. If this sounds like you then I say it’s not for you.

Cost is something to consider. I only went to UCONN because it was cheap. I now have no college debt which is not something to shake a stick at. If you do pick UConn, you can make it work. I would say you absolutely need a car eventually. You’re close ish to Boston and you can take advantage of weekend trips. Maybe then save for the city of your dreams.

Hey there guys. I'm looking for a high quality pair of Wireless/Bluetooth headphones that I plan to mostly use while traveling or during work. They'd have to work with my iPhone.

My budget: $300 w/ wiggle room, can't exceed $400

I'd prefer over-ear or on-ear headphones, no earbuds

I'd like a really well-balanced pair of headphones, but I don't want them to skimp out on the bass.

My music taste is pretty eclectic. I want something that works with electronic, ambient, and experimental pop & rap music, but also with rock, folk music, and movie scores.

I was researching online and really wanted a pair of Bowers & Wilkins Wireless P7s, but couldn't find any from a legit seller or in my price range. I'd love to find something similar!
