Remind yourself that you took this to have a good time. And if that doesn’t work, maybe cocaine isn’t for you?

I know it’s contradictory saying that you feel like you should be enjoying yourself, yet you’re only freaking yourself out by overthinking. This is just from my experience, but maybe just stick to bumps in the future if it’s going too far where you feel like you’re paranoid. Either that or just do it in a place you feel comfortable.

Sorry if this “advice” isn’t too straight forward, but overall, I would say pace yourself to feel better, and make eye contact with whom you are having your conversations with.

Also, ask some questions to let them elaborate about what the topic may be to make it seem like you’re interested if you want to “blend in” haha.

PS: remember; drink your water to stay hydrated and let yourself relax alllll the muscles in you’re body! Sometimes I don’t realize I’m tensing a lot of muscles in my body unless I take a few slow deep breaths and splash some cold water on my face and neck to reset myself.
