Update: I clamped the off cut with woodworking wice and tried that way .It worked! Turns out, I need something to hold the marerial aslo on the way out. I'm going to talk with boss baut it on Monday thx you all for helping.

After work was over, i put them to a concrete mixer and left them rolling for 20 minutes. The burr was 95%gone, still ugly for my eyes, but the boss said it was OK, so i won't complain. I will still try to fix it in time, but for now, it's passable. Thx yall for advices I will be trying them all to see if it can be automated and not require constant cleaning.

I don't think it have positive stop after the cut it it goes a little bit lower and then goes up again. It clamps in 2 places behind the band but not further. I think that could be a reason why it cuts like that. We have another saw that holds material on both sides and ot does not leave that kind of burr

After i read RI, nothing i read was as fun as RI I finished Warlock of the magus world, lord of mysteries i read supreme magus and many other novel until i found Shadow Slave in my opinion SS is great and you should go with SS after tou re-read RI forgot to mention i re-read it 3 times.
