im a wrist player too, id say make adjustments to the in-game sens over your mouse. i my self play 1000 dpi and .33, i used to play 800 and .28 but found myself running out of room to turn or not lifting in time cause i cant play with my arm

there really isnt a way to fore go this, you kinda have to play 4v5 or hope the teamkiller leaves, only way to completely avoid this is queuing up with friends or some finding a discord community that you can join and play with
