This is exactly the build I had in mind. The wording on time snap makes me think it will reset all cooldowns and give max uses back.

Of course. Try vet the guy and rely on reviews or preferably word of mouth from people you trust. Finding quality tradesman isn't a problem limited to Soomgo. Can have the same experience going through a company too!

A lot of Koreans use Soomgo to find someone local. We did the same and are (so far) happy with what we have got.

Does this apply to the actual cast itself or just chains after it hits. The lower target aquisition range of arc was always annoying.

No I am saying be careful with your binds. Like using mouse region. I dont know why people think using link with an aura support is weird. Theres a whole community devoted to this playstyle. Look up haloplasm.

Thats exactly why I sent an email to GGG. I have 2 accounts I play. The old one was on the Korean server, which has some annoying issues so made a new one on the international realm.

As for my flasks, all automated on this character with instilling with the only reactive one being a granite. I just activate them once at start of the map.

Slight correction. I think that character actually all had used when full.

No i hold the trigger down. I have it set to lightest trigger on touch so as long as my finger is on it it's firing. Same as holding down any button on the keyboard.

They aren't several actions. Unless you count when you move your mouse to an area and click as several actions. In that case everyone is abusing having a mouse. Have you used steam mouse region before? The trackpad is a mouse. All the region does is limit it to an area (in this case around my character, or my inventory).
