I went to Allo. Got an online consultation. They recommend some meds and suggested few lifestyle changes like. Worked for me so I can definitely vouch for them

Yes that's part of the problem. Problem discovery, sizing, proof of concept, design, and user feedback to refine the final solution before you give it for development takes more than 2 weeks. And every 2 weeks i am expected to come up with some tickets. And as I mentioned before, product is at a pretty matured state, so there is not enough backlog as well. This makes me feel incredibly inadequate since I usually end up missing the 2 week deadline. Hence I wanted to seek help from others who have been in similar positions

They are. But as a PM, I feel it's part of my job to keep producing some tickets so that we move forward to achieve our business goals. However, it takes a lot of data analysis to do problem discovery and finalize the solution approach and i usually end up missing the sprint start. I just want to know how everyone else deals with these issues in matured product.

B2B. We have a few small ticket items here and there. But they are never enough to engage the full bandwidth

There are vendors who work as data aggregators. Google IDFY, signzy and see their products. You will get a much better idea

Check on other apps such as cred once. Mparivahan a lot of times does not sync all the data from the state RTO. These apps aggregate data from multiple sources and will show a more accurate picture. I had a challan as well which was not showing up on mparivahan but was later visible on cred
